ADIDAS X OLYMPIQUE LYONNAIS

To mark Olympique Lyonnais’ move to the east of Lyon, adidas and the OL Fondation partnered to renovate a local multisport court, reimagining it as a vibrant, inclusive space for play, connection, and community support.

The visual concept was developed within technical limitations, including a reduced color palette and simplified forms to allow for large-scale application on outdoor concrete. Working within these constraints, the design embraces bold geometry and playful rhythms to create a graphic landscape that feels both energetic and approachable.

Color was used purposefully, to uplift, unify, and invite, with particular attention paid to welcoming younger audiences and women into the space. The result is a striking visual statement that turns a functional court into a joyful escape and a new landmark for the neighborhood.
